The hospitality was outstanding, with the innkeeper being warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.- The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, with their own thermostat and ceiling fan.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have been more powerful during the hot Texas weather. The noise from the dog kennels could disturb light sleepers, as it was audible in certain rooms.

All in all a wonderful experience. Cozy base for trip in Seguin. Free Wi Fi was a welcome feature.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast for a last-minute getaway. the location was perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions in the area, including the Riverwalk. the room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with lovely antiques and had a comfortable bed with soft linens. the breakfast served each morning was absolutely phenomenal, with delicious options like German pancakes and scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed the welcoming and friendly service provided by the staff. the location was great for antique shopping and I can't wait to go back for a weekend.

The highlight of our romantic escape was definitely the personalized attention we received from the friendly hosts. They were always happy to accommodate our needs, and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and room upgrade upon arrival. the historic building was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. the freshly prepared breakfasts were some of the best we've ever had at a hotel.

The surrounding area was not very scenic and didn't offer many exciting activities. the hotel was conveniently located within driving distance to nearby towns with more attractions.
